Emissions testing
I was wondering if my car was "vandalized" and my rear cat was gutted would it still pass the sniffer?

Keep in mind though. The car itself is doing the "sniffing". If the rear o2 shows the cat isn't working then they will fail you. The thing we do not know yet is how this new smog will work with cars that have things like that turned off in the tune.
