Your car is really nice, love the color, but I'm a little partial. Just remember it's mom's red ss, not husband's! lol

I have gone back and forth on my opinion of painted vs non painted ground effects, I'm going with the unpainted, as I like the contrast, plus it works with the black interior. Thinking of some kind of houndstooth interior inserts in the future....

I share it with my husband. He resurches the modification ideas he has for upgrades & we are on the same page before new mods are done.

We both enjoy driving it.

Amazing touches already, I'll be following this one as well...

Sounds like a good partnership! Hope you enjoy it for a long time to come! It's nice to be able to share a great hobby with the family.

My friends looked at me & said, "It's red! Don't you know the police like to pull over red cars?".

This car just said........"take me home with you, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!". None of the other Camaro's called our names.

I've recovered a bench in our garage & embroidered CAMARO on the seat cover. We might paint the wood black, we'll decide that this summer when the weather is warmer.

Last night I embroidered CAMARO on a blaket for our son to use.

I'll post pictures later.

Tonight we'll be talking about the parts we need to order.

The mods are about to begin. Husband ready? More than ready! Kids ready? You bet! Camera ready? Check. Am I ready???? I think so, I have a hard time looking at all the Camaro's being taken apart. Don't get me wrong, I have complete faith in the my husband & son-in-law working on my car, but I'm only use to seeing a Jeep all in pieces and always sucessfuly put back together. I guess I've seen our friends Mustang all apart being restored at our house, but it wasn't ours. But...the surgery is about to begin.

Yes, I will be out helping as much as I can. Time to hire a babysitter!

You know as soon as we start working on it the weather will be nice.... And I/we can't go out for a drive.

Parts ordered

Just ordered the BMR Level 3 from Phastek and stainless brake lines from Pedders. Now I just have to wait for parts to show up.

Also ready to order ARH long tubes and SLP loudmouth II but waiting for price.

Hopefully I will have this all together by the time the sunshine decides to come pack to the pacific northwest.

Very nice ride! Can't go wrong with red. I think painting the GFX makes the car look more stealthy.
