Ventura County exhaust install/tune?

Apologies if this has been addressed already, but I have searched and found no definitive answer to the following question:

Who would you recommend for a cat-back/axle-back install and tune in Ventura county? Would I be better off ordering the kit and just having them install it, or do the best shops not like you bringing in your own eggs to get cooked breakfast?

Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Depends on what exhaust you are putting on. But most manufacturer's have a dealer link on their web sites and you can find someone that way. Even your dealer will most likely install it for you though will probably be expensive. I went Borla Shorites and Cat Back and since they are local to Ventura County and used my car for some R&D, they installed for me for free.

I'm definitely not going the dealer route, cuz I'm not a fan of getting gouged. I did a search on Borla's site for a local installer, but to no avail. I brought my inquiry here because I know I'll get valuable feedback and not just a listing.

I'm leaning towards the SLP Loudmouth II, but I'm not set on it. I'll take a recommendation from a trusted installer.

Not sure if you are using the Locator correctly. I just did Camarillo Zip (don't know TO zip) and it came up with 9 installers with in 25 miles. None of them Borla specific just certified to install. Good luck though.

Heres a search from the SLP sight and this looks like the closest to you.

That's weird, because I just put 93012 in the Borla locator, and got a mere 3 installers in the search range; one of which was in Ventura Co., and they're a vette specialty shop.

Regardless, as the day progresses, I'm sure I'll get some feedback on here. Thanks for helping Tom.
