Sweet videos. Mine turned out to be crap. The battery died after a minute and a half right before I got on track the first time. RLHMarines was nice enough to loan me his battery but it died after 12 seconds. :(

My guy didnt let me go into 3rd anywhere on the track...and didnt want me over 120 OR to go into 5th on the front straight. I DID sneak into 5th a couple times though

When he'd correct me I was like..."oh yeah, sorry...forgot". LOL Such BS when you pay $190 just to participate.

Still had a blast though.

You would have loved my instructor. I don't think I could have had a better one. He told me to ride the ass of the Boss that wouldn't let people pass. Only time he told me to slow down was after I braked hard slowing from 135 going into turn one. He said I did fine but that I wasn't ready for that fast yet.

No. I pretty much stayed in 4th the whole day. I never had a need to go to third and I tried 5th on the straight a couple times. I hit 135 my fastest speed on the straight in 4th. Only twice did I feel like the car was running out of power and when it ran out if I shifted to fifth I would immediately be shifting back to 4th. When my instructor drove my car I told him he could go all out and he stayed in 4th.

IMO...from the transition from 1-2...Roebling can be pushed in 3rd all the way up to the front straight(hitting 4th somewhere as you transition onto or before the front straight)

Every instructor I've had teaches differently, with that being said, he was doing that for your safety and everyone else's safety, it doesn't matter if you pay 1 dollar or 190.00.
I promise you will not find a lower price for a track event, as I posted before Jon the owner of Seat-Time was doing me a favor by offering a great price for us.

My car's top speed on the front straight was in the 170 range, not me driving it.
