Took my BRM 1LE for a ride and got tons of compliments!
The weather in Chicago was awesome today and I got off work early, so I took my Blue Beast for a joy ride.
I went to the gas station to get all tires to 32 PSI and a guy came up and asked if I had my Camaro customized. He couldn't believe it was stock. While I was driving, a guy in a mini van pulled next to me at a light and said " That thing looks like the Batmobile!" Then a car full of high school kids in a Tahoe race to catch up to me and took a video of me get on it. Then a soccer mom pulled up next to me and looked over and said "my husband would love that....Camaros are his favorite....what kind is that...I haven't seen one like that." I have owned some nice cars (93 Cobra, 2003 Cobra, CVO Breakout, Street Glides) and have never had that many compliments. |

Yep ,the 1LE is something different for sure, people see it and don't know what it is. It is crazy, we stick out like a turd in a punch bowl!

I bought mine because I liked it, others liking it is just a bonus. It seems that everyone loves the Camaro! Nice choice of cars but, again, I am prejudiced.

Yup... the car is great but the attention it draws is nice too. Although it is frustrating repeatedly explaing to people that IS ACTUALLY bone stock.
(Be sure to lock her in the garage at night. It is a likable car. Possibly too likeable if you know what I mean.) |

Just the other day I was cruising on the highway and a c7 pulls up next to me and paces me. I gave the thumbs up and he did the same. Later on he sped up and sorta did a 360 around my car. Passed on the right, got ahead, then went to the left and I look over again and the guy is signaling 1 Letter L and the the letter E all with his hands while driving. I shake my head to say yes and he gave me a huge thumbs up Lol.

When it's REALLy sunny and people see all the metal flake in it, they get zombie eyes and get stuck on it. Cool color for sure since it looks so different in all the different lights. I had people that knew me say they thought my car was black for like 5 months before it was really sunny outside.

I took a long ride today and again....a guy in a CTS-V gave me the thumbs up, a guy in a gorgeous 66' GTO asked if I wanted to trade for a weekend, bunch of people asked me what kind of Camaro is that....and another person said it looks like the Batmobile.

This all sounds awesome. Finally saw my first one on the street today just a mile from my house. Summit white heading the opposite direction. Looked Bad-Ass . Can't wait until mine gets here. Ordered her on 7/19. 2015 CRT 2SS RS w/ NPP Recaros NAV Sunroof.
