zMax - Open Test & Tunes in March

Ok, forgive me as I'm new to this, but I just saw on the zMax Dragway site they have Open Test and Tune days each weekend in March. I am assuming this means anyone can go pay a fee and run their car??

...and, if my assumption is correct, is there a group from here that would be interested in going one of the dates listed? I'm wanting to get the vert on the track to see what she can do, but being the first time out, would be awesome to have some people around that can give pointers.

I'm also hoping that zMax's rules will let verts that have not been heavily modified run without a roll-bar or cage. In know a helmet is a must but wasn't sure at what point you need a roll bar.

Mooresville Dragway also looks to have open test days on Saturdays starting in Feb, but it's only a 1/8 mi strip. I'm wondering if it would not be a bad idea to start off there for the first time out to get used to launching...

I also hear their track rules are less strict.

Did it all year last summer.....piece of cake. I think we had one of the Vert guys in our club run with his top down too, no helmet.
