This will now be my 3rd build thread. My camaros been gone since 2013, the blue truck I once had is now in my fathers possession, my GSXR 1000 gone and now I have a Duramax. Couldn't be any happier.

Its a 2004 Chevy CCSB 2500 LB7 Duramax W/ an Allison 5 Speed Auto.

20% Tint
Painted front bumper
Custom RAM AIR duct in front bumper
Painted rear bumper
Painted wheel trim
Removed door trim
'06 Hood and grill swap
Color matched tow mirrors
S&B CAI
Profab 3" intake horn
Profab 3" downpipe
Banks Big Head Wastegate
PPE boost increase valve
XDP Intake heater delete
BD full bore driver side exhaust manifold
Custom 10" Stack
CTS2 Insight
4" exhaust

Front LED bar in grill

This is how its sits now.

This is what it looked like when I bought it.

Started changing it by painting the bumpers, grill, and wheel trim. Used oil based tractor paint. Bumpers only temporary until I get steel ones.

Plasti Dip the caps

Painted the side moldings and a side exhaust outlet

Now started the stack build

Ignition was giving me a problem cause the gear inside the lock housing was shredded so I had to replace it.

Engine goodies install.

The intake heater removed

Boost gauge is 5psi off cause its measuring intake boost and not what the actual turbo is pushing out.

CTS2 arrives

hood and grill swap

exhaust goodies

Painted the grill

downpipe install

Up graded my steering stabilizer, bump stops, EGT probe, and what left of my 4" exhaust. Stack sounds alot meaner now.

A guy at my work built one similar to this a few years back. I thought maybe he had a large camper, boat or motorcycle trailer to pull. No, he didn't. Once, I did see a spade shovel in the bed though.

Remade the stack into a 10" and put LED flood lights in the rear bumper.

This also happens when I launch on my 100hp tune.

So what happened? The engine blow? Did the bed catch fire? I thought that was a trashcan in the bed, now I am unclear. Is that your exhaust system?

LOL, I blow black smoke like a freight train. Yes, the trashcan is called stack. Exhaust air comes out of it due to science things. Much loud and turbo sounds. Extra fast now. +5hp
