Update. Jon just called said belt came in and he had cut it down to a 6 groove belt and then said "Listen up" and then I heard my car start. OMG!!!!! Headed over there after the show tonight and we're going to do our best to get that thing started up and take it for a test drive.

It's hotter than H at the shop so Jon's gonna take a break go get a few more things and then we're gonna get that thing plumbed and IC mounted solid.

Tracy what size bolts used on the catchcan. I left mine in when I shipped it to you but since you sent a brand new 2 valve out. I don't have any. I can either pick some up at Wally World tonight or perhaps bum a couple off my neighbor-stereotypical old guy who has every tool bolt nut and screw ever made and knows where all of it is to boot. He rules.

Installer-Jon was experiencing heat exhaustion like symptoms last night so we were not able to get the car running last night/early this morning like we had hoped. After this past week, not messing around with this heat.

With high humidy, and 100+ degree heat that makes it feel more like 110 or so and working in a shop on top of that....lots of breaks and fluids should be required!

So Jak...you keep saying "tweener" belt lol. At first I thought you meant it was the belt that provides the lower boost rating....or is it the smaller belt that provides the higher boost rating? lol Thanks.

You should be ultra excited now after the SWEET times that V6owner got out of high car in the bad conditions and with the 6 psi belt.

I'm sure Jon knows this already but just want to you avoid the no boost experience I had. But tap into the line before the check valve lol

Here's some pics.
Pre modded crash bar. The more my installer mulls this over it looks like he's leaning towards doing something similar to SSE 4 2SS's crash bar design. He's also going to try and mount another fan up in there as well.

Oh and do not test drive with front clip off. Derrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Guess I be ordering a new set tomorrow. Uploading vid shortly.

Ouch!

I like the placement of the intake filter! Word of advice use a T-clamp and flare the end of the tube!! Trust me. Mine fell off while driving and I crushed it
