When I got mine they had included a tint price but had not yet done the tint so I asked that instead if I could get stripe's done . Their tint guy also does the stripe's.
They ordered the color, Gun metal metallic asked me twice about the correct color I even e-mailed them that to confirm date/time/ color/ and precut decals !.. long story short ..
Waited a week to get it done .. Got there guy was late he had wrong color with him
And he had planned on trimming decals while on the car !! .. No Way I said not today cut me a check for $$ due i changed my mind and Left.
Had I not stayed and just dropped it off... I would have lost it had I returned to pick it up and it had the wrong color stripe's and my paint cut into !!

I waited and searched on the forum and choose a local FtWorth installer
BigWormGraphics they did an awesome job I couldn't be happier.
I'm so glad I'm anal about my car

At this point, do you suggest I speak w my contact person at the dealer and tell them I am not happy with the stripes (including the glue left on my hood). does anyone w a summit white have the matte black? I really wish I had an in-person example to look at w the matte, but at this point, I am almost certain the matte black is better than what i have at this point. Lastly, can I expect the dealer to want to charge me the full price to have the old stripes taken off and the matte put on?

Kind of wish my first post here was more positive, but any feedback would be appreciated.

hmmm... not a huge fan! REALLY love the interior, but the outside... eh... stripes too narrow, kinda plain... coulda been huge, think Chevy missed the boat... imho
