There's a big difference between a Camaro Owner, & somebody that has a Camaro.
I enjoy my cars for what they are, but I have had plenty of transportation vehicles, just something to get around in.
Unfortunately, some people buy Camaros for the same reason.....it should be against the Law !

It's funny , I have seen the same attitude more ans more over the last year. Others don't even get even comment at gas stations or parking lots anymore. Probably had bad experiences with smug owners.

As pointed out, there is clearly a difference with those that love the rebirth of the muscle car, particularly the Camaro and those that just want to show off and think everyone wishes they were them.

As for me, I am just as excited as the day I placed my order over a year ago and love seeing others on the road, especially if they are friendly. Many times I'll try to speed up to one and hang with them as long as I can ...

Bottom line ... Still sporting that permagrin !!!

Hopefully it is all to do with the Holidays. Bro I think people have a lot going on and feel they have to be on guard 24/7. Or I atleast hope so. I was from Texas and everyone waved there. Lets turn this around and make it a good year!! Stay safe be good!!

I'm kinda curious as to how the douchenozzle didn't hear your V8 rumbling through those LTs!

Got a thumbs up and a wave from a fellow 5'r today. Both of us went through the touchless car wash. Got a thumbs up from the guy driving it and a nice wave and a smile from the girl passenger. =)

I had a gal pull up behind me in a black 2SS/RS with a red stripe here in VA, we were side by side having a little convo with windows down talking about how much we liked the car haha. I get waves from other 5th gens most days and even waves from 4th gen drivers.

Saw 4 different Camaros in my area this last weekend. 2 out of the 4 acknowledged a wave or flash of the brights. The other 2 could care less. I rode with Harley guys for years and that "brotherhood" is alot different. But even then, you would wave when a group went by and still get nothing at times. People are just funny I think.

I hear that man, the motorcycle bond is something that will always remain untouched but I do see why some people bought the car because of it being the "hot ticket" item and others like us on here bought it for the love and thrill of ownership. Can't make them all passionate about it but those of us who are know what the others are missing

Sae an IOM on the 101 Yesterday, I caught up to him and gave him a thumbs up. He even bought from the same dealer as me because he still had the paper plates.
And instead of returning the favor he revs and does a fast take-off.

As if I don't know what his completely stock and new car will do against my completely stock and broken-in car.......
It's better than nothing I guess.....
