Thanks. I would say around 30 seconds. If you watch the one video where my car is still on the lift you can see the exhaust pipes smoking. That is the paint burning off. The smoking went away within 20 minutes. I are sure most of the paint is gone now, but I haven't looked under the hood in weeks. I will get pictures to post later.

First time checking out this thread. Awesome build. Jealous of the headers. 2013 LFX can't do headers. :(

A lot of similar mods I will be taking on too! Awesome job!

Did you feel any gains with the headers? I absolutely hate doing the install on this car with jack stands but most shops want too much to install so I may end up doing it myself. I just want to know there will be gains

not to thread jack, but I am certain there will be a gain with longtube headers and also a gain in sound

You're right. Just wanted to know the gains were worth it to go through the install on the v6 again
