Hi, I did get mine, it came last week. Once the pollen settles down here I am going to use it on my wife's Eclipse.
Do you have any tips on getting it on the applicator or spreading it really thin?

Don't overapply to the applicator. Apply just a little bit to the applicator and try to cover as large an area as possible on your car. When you start to see that it no longer is applying product to the paint, repeat the process.
