Best hand wax for ashen gray metallic

Hello I recently purchased a 2014 camaro in ashen gray and it's finally nice enough to get some wax on it. I was wondering what you guys recommend.

This is the place to start http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=275418

I would also recommend Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax if you were looking for something to pick up locally, most auto stores carry it as well as walmart and target. It's technically a sealant, but It goes on easy, looks good, and lasts for a while without costing a lot of money.

On another note, make sure to wash your car well before waxing. It really should go without saying, but after hearing about someone polishing their car without washing, I thought I would go ahead with the warning.

Have fun and post some pictures when you finish!

Just bought some of this. I like it just as good as midnight sun honestly. Slightly less easy to remove than BFMS, but looks just as good.

Always a great choice if you are willing I spend a little more. Easier on and off than CG 53.

Well I ended up buying some of the Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax just so I could get some on. I really liked how it turned out, I'll see if I can get some pictures soon. Where do you guys buy the Blackfire?

Can't go wrong with that wax either. Lasts a decent amount of time and is easy on and off.

Plenty of detailing sites sell it, autopia, autogeek, detailed image, amazon, etc. You may be a bit shocked at the price, I think it's around $80 for the smallest size, but it will last you for the lifetime of that car. (I was able to get a good grab on it for $50)

Smalest size is 3oz and it's $40 that's what I had. Large size is 7 oz and it's $80.

Yep you are right. Had to go look at my can to make sure I got the right size... lol I have the 7.4 oz and got it at $50. There was a one day sale on Blackfire products plus it was "Pet Day" which was an extra 15% off.

That was a smokin deal. I would've nabbed that up too. And yes 7.4oz I was off by .4 oz lol.
