This is what i have noticed with testing with many devices.

IPOD/iphone (all apple products) - as soon as you connect the device (or if it was already connected when you
started the car), the radio will tune into the usb automatically.

USB - same as apple products

Android (phone) with locked homescreen - When you connect the device, nothing changes. This is because this device requires you to unlock it, in order for it to register its usb connection. As soon as you unlock the home screen, it will jump to usb.

So basically, this confirms that as soon as the usb device registers itself onto the radio, the radio automatically tunes onto the usb device. is this normal? im not sure. I like it this way, so i havent ever tried to see if i can get it to behave differently.

Suggestion: rick, if you dont have a password to unlock your iphone, try n put one. See it this helps. BUT!!!! if it works like my phone, you will have to unlock the phone with your password, everytime you want it to play your music. If your running straight on a USB key.... well.

I'm using a USB stick,and I have no problems...

Went to Laval, Camarorick and André where there. Nice weather. Quite a lot of cars and public also.

I did tried my Ipod on Rick's car and it stayed on the radio when he turned the key on. So his does'nt go back to the Ipod like RickRay and mine are doing??????

Ok we'll sit this one out. We wish we could go but We have a supper to go to and we'd need to be home by 4pm, which won't leave much time to shop and there'll be a lot of traffic.:(
