Exclamation Blown rear driver speaker

Driver Rear speaker is blown The dealer ( Ferman Chevy Brandon) is unwilling to replace the speaker under warranty ,
I isolated the rear driver and compared it to the rear passenger speaker and the driver side sounds horrible. The service manager admitted it sounds bad but said if I listed to normal music it wouldn't rattle... I don't have $ to upgrade the system...... They gave me a notice from GM that rattling in the boston premium audio system is normal, but why is only the one speaker doing it? What do I do?

I think I'm going to make the drive to get a 2ed opinion.... but i don't understand why the won't replace it... they already replaced the front 2 speakers, my shift knob, reverse light lens, brake caliper and both rear brake pads, all 4 center caps, and fixed 10 outer things. all under warranty but this one thing they won't. :/

Had my right rear speaker replaced before I sunk some cash into the system.

It wasn't blown, but rattled real bad. Keep playing music and it will get bad enough that they we won't be able to deny it as a warranty repair.

I'm sorry to hear about all of this Tampa. I would agree in getting a second opinion. Unfortunately sometimes it is the best way to get things like this taken care of. What one dealer might reject another would take care of with no questions. Let us know how things go for you.
