and i am talking about the link that the OP posted. That company you don't think GM still holds the copy rights to the company/logo and anyone trying to market off it would be sued back to the stone age? Think about it a moment

Your missing my point..it may be sanctioned by gm to use the name, but it wasnt designed by the pontiac division, isnt mass produced, so therefor isnt really more than a car with some cosmo mods and a badge swap. In reality, the older trans ams were the same thing, but they were designed and produced by pontiac themselves.
