How to wash towels used to dry car?

Like it says. What detergent, if any,do I use to wash the towels I use to dry my car with? Don't want streaks when I use the. They are microfiber rags.

Dye/Scent free like all free and clear. Or a dedicated microfiber cleaner like MicroRestore, or 3D Towel Kleen.

As recommended is great, microrestore has worked great. Also like the chemical guys microfiber wash and the free tide, white bottle.

Check our our Microfiber Revitalizer. It specifically targets the chemicals we encounter in the world of detailing, i.e. waxes, polishes, sealants.

They need a fairly aggressive chemical to break them down and remove them from your towels.

An unscented, normal detergent, free of fabric softener will be OK, but it just doesn't quite have the teeth to break down those detailing products that your towels get filled with.

completely forgot but along with what nick said, I almost always let my towel soak in bin before washing with a mixture of microfiber wash (any kind) and on very soiled towels with Adams All Purpose Cleaner and its the only way to go if you want perfect towels for a long time to come.

Agreed. Also their Microfiber revitalizer works great at bringing your older soiled towels back to life. I was surprised at the difference with just the first wash.

I should have bought the gallon instead of the bottle. :o) Next order.

I've been using CG Microfiber Wash Cleaning Detergent Concentrate, when the washer starts the rinse cycle I add a 1/2 cup of white vinegar.
