BUMPER DOES NOT CHANGE WITH THE RS PACKAGE!!!

All V6 models will have the bumper we've been seeing on the red and yellow cars. And all V8 models will have the same bumper we've seen on the silver and black cars.

The RS package ONLY adds enhanced tailights(pseudo-afterburners), HID+Halo headlamps, 20-inch specific rims, RS badging, and the SS spoiler.

Now, as for accessory facias, or aftermarket; that's anyone's guess. But the RS package DOES NOT change the bumper on the car. All clear, now?

After looking at the pics of all the different Camaros, it looks like GM was hoping to have the Camaro as the next K.I.T.T in Knight Rider since there's no more Trans Ams. That air intake near the hood looks like it was made for those red lights on the 80's TA.

so the v6 bumper that we have been seing on the red an yellow( like the concept) only stays on the v6? and its not an option (that we know of) on the v8? i think that bumper on the v6 looks a hell of alot nicer on the car than the one the black ss has. it looks just like the concet bumper. man this is kinda disapointing.

Everyone was saying that they wanted clear differences between the V6 and the V8. It's funny that so many V8 guys want to look like V6 drivers now.

Why not just accept that, uh, perhaps it need the bumper for MORE AIR to your BIGGER ENGINE!

not necesarilly the case that v8 drivers want to look like the v6 drivers. its just the v6 rs bumper looks like the concept and in my opinion it looks a hell of alot nicer than the v8. i dont like the bottom opening of the bumper compared to the rs package.

considering that there is a closed filter box on the intake im sure thats NOT the case. and that on most closed filter boxes there is a small area where the air comes in at. so the bottom part of the bumper definately has nothing to do with letting more air in to the motor. if anything its to cool the giant radiator that is right in front of the motor.
