My 22 year old step son who normally stays in our home stayed at his Dad's house a couple weeks ago. He doesn't know anyone in the neighborhood and nobody knew he was going to be there.

Overnight, on a Sunday, someone keyed every single panel on his car, cut the valve stem off of one of his tires, and broke off his passenger side mirror.

His car is at the body shop and the entire thing is being repainted. Over $4,000 in damages. The kids in that county were off school on Monday so we figure they were bored and stayed up late looking for trouble on Sunday.

I hope the OP catches the SOB that is doing this to his car. Stuff like this makes me sick.

I would have had a camera or two hidden in that car by the second time this was done,are there young kids living there,did you reject a young female

I've had cars vandalized in parking garages and other places and know people are doing it just for the hell of it,they don't have a reason at all just real friggin idiots with a negative IQ!

Wow. I just checked this as well. It does make you wonder. Either that or he gave up on the Camaro and got a Corvette. Getting Keyed AND no waves would put anyone over the edge.

Wow it's been a whole month & still nothing. Maybe the culprit came forward, apologized for his actions, paid for all the damages, & now they're buds. Or, maybe he caught the guy & killed him & they won't let him post from prison.

I feel for you, someone keyed my whole car and slashed two of my tires. Cops pulled prints but nothing ever came of it. $500 deductible later insurance fixed it. I'd still kill whoever did it if I found out who it was!

I can't imagine what I'd do in this situation. I had a hard time keeping myself under control when a kid recently backed into the rear quarter panel of my truck as I was exiting a parking garage, and that was an accident. However, he did try to claim he didn't do the damage even though I was SITTING IN MY TRUCK when he hit me!! Fortunately he came to his senses and his parents' insurance ended up paying for the damage...
