Paint on rear bumper
Has anybody had a problem with the paint on the rear bumper where it looks like the paint has sunk? Mine is right underneath the license plate. It almost looks like something hit it hard, but I know it hasn't because it's been in storage all year and my Dad's car is parked behind it in the storage facility.

My dad's car didn't hit it, because his car goes in first, batteries are taken out and e-brakes are set. We drive all of them in at the same time too. So I was there and there's not enough room for somebody to even get in between. There's over a 150 cars in this facility. Once they're parked, they're parked. It looks like something hit it but the bumper has never been repainted. There are no stress cracks around this divot. No scuff marks. Nothing. The car also has a cover on it when it's sitting there.
