Well. It's official. :((actually has been known pretty much for a few weeks. I've just been hoping for a change) I can't make it. I just can't leave the office closed during a normal working day for two weekends in a row with the advertising we are doing right now. Bonnies show is before this so that's it. And I HATE those damn shows.

Our sons graduation is the week before.

The spot is pre-paid and I told Norm he can use it for his other car or for set-up space for the gang.

I was totally planning on coming no matter what. Bonnie would go to her show while I'd man the office and then we'd go to the gathering together so the office would be closed only one weekend but plans had to change.

I really really really really hate to miss this. Second show I had plans on making that I have to miss. I'll be at C5FIII if I have to lie cheat and steal to make it.

You guys have fun. Good luck repeating as SuperModified winner John.

I don't know the total numbers. Chad may chime in (he's an organizer). But the pic of my car is on the inside third tier, the furthest level, of the parking lot. That whole lot was full of every generation Camaro.

No less than 200 cars I would say. And that's being conservative. This is the middle row;



Vengeance had the two built Camaros out there and John (DrJkel) was parked in their display as well. John won best in class!

John Thorton Chevy was out there with displays, GM displayed a ZL1 (Hope they bring a COPO this year).

It's a busy parking lot for sure. It's fun to walk around and talk to other owners about...... cars. Just cars. Love it!

Last year we topped 300 cars. Not too shabby for an event that started with 4 cars and some liquor! Our biggest year was officially 450, but there were alot there that didn't register, so unofficially was over 500. Clearly that year outgrew us staffers.
