i washed my car last week and it was -20C (-4F). I go to this place that has indoor bays and you do the wand washing yourself. I pulled outside and the crazy steam was coming off my car. by the time i gassed up water was frozen on the car. i wiped down the windows so water wouldnt freeze on there. I was worried about the window indexing being a problem with frozen water inside the window cracks. and it did freeze up a bit, but after a few tugs they came loose and the indexing works just fine now. i wanted to wait till it warmed up a bit more, but that wont probably happen until sometime in March () so i had to wash it!

Do you drive the vehicle in the winter? And how does it handle?

yes.... trust me last car was worst ( 350Z),.... my sub is always bad.. i go 15MPH though my sub with the stock summer wheels and avoid hills. no problem.....
people are such little girls who store there car away for the whole winter.....
i am 18 years old with 2 1/2 years of driving i can handle a SS manual in the snow why cant other people?

the main roads are cleared most of the time... just very wet... i take it very easy on the wet roads..... no problem.....

Yep, you summed it all up right there (in red above)!!!! You will learn!!! I am one of those "little girls" you mentioned, and I have 12 years of experience driving in ND winters. Give it time...you will end up regretting your way of thinking. If someone has no other option but to drive their Camaro in the winter, then that is understandable, and I wish them the best of luck. But if you don't absolutely have to, why would you subject your beloved Camaro to those slippery roads and the eventual probability of a wreck. If winter storage is an option, then by all means, that is the smartest thing to do. You will learn little one!!! Jeez, now you made me get all preachy, I feel like a grumpy old man, thanks!!!

I've been driving for over 40 years, and it's not my driving I worry about, it's overconfident people with very little snow driving experience .. that is why I don't get my Camaro out when it snows...
Driving in snow is like poker, Ya gotta know when to hold em and know when to fold em...(ya gotta know when to drive em, and know when to park em.)

We're normally 10-15 degrees warmer than you guys. I'm in Pinellas County, and have Tampa Bay on the east and the Gulf on the west.

ok so your telling me that u dont drive your camaro maybe one time in the winter when the roads are completely cleared of snow/ice, the roads will be just wet, just like it would be in the summer when it rains.....

see i under stand that maybe you would store it for most of the winter but not all of it...

Yes, I store my car for the ENTIRE winter! From the first snow-fall to probably sometime in April-May when all the snow is gone it will not be driven at all. But see, I think we must disagree on the real definition of winter. If the roads are "wet", then (to me) its not really winter yet! Would I drive my car on wet, snow-slushy roads? No, I wouldn't. Heck, I do my best not to drive my car in the rain either!!! See, I am lucky enough to have to option of driving another car in bad weather or bad road conditions. I don't see anything wrong with that! It makes perfect sense to me, I don't want to take the chance of possibly wrecking my car, or even getting it dirty if I don't have to!!! You may not agree with it, but that doesn't make me or anyone else a "little girl" as you so eloquently put it, that just makes us very critical in the preventive care and upkeep of our cars! Besides winter storage insurance rates save me alot of money too!!!!!!!
