That would be awesome: overlaying your route on top of the road. It would take a while to get the bugs out, but that would be the only nav system that interests me. I simply want a HUD in my Camaro, I can use a map and/or onstar to get where I want.

We had the HUD on both our Grand Prix GTPs and loved it, though getting a cracked windshield replaced cost over $800. due to the reflective material used to display the image...
I'd still want it...

Hopefully the HUD will release in a few months (DEC 2009) rather than next model year. The backup sensor's were also originally a "late 09" feature as well.
Almost got my deposit together... figure by the spring most of the "market adjustment" fees of $3k to $5k per car will be gone. |
