Here is my new Baby right after she came off the truck and alongside my little girl and her Maro. She wanted to be just like her daddy!

"Halle" is a 2SS/RS convertible M6 with the Hurst Shifter, Black exterior, IOM interior and orange stripes. She was ordered on May 17th, built on July 21st and delivered on August 3rd to ELCO Chevrolet in Manchester, MO. I ordered her from where I am currently stationed at Camp Liberty, Baghdad, Iraq in hopes that she would be delivered by the time I get back at the end of August.

My wife, daughter and son will get to enjoy her for the short period until I get home. This has been a dream in the making ever since seeing the Camaro Convertible Concepts and now I am a proud owner of one!

I will have my wife take some more pictures of the new interior tomorrow and I will post those as well. BTW, when my little girl got in the first time, she took off her shoes. Chip off the ole block...

Excellent!! Not usually a black car fan, but the orange stripes make it stand out nicely. I bet the next 3 or 4 weeks will drag like hell now, until you get home.
