rattling noise after i turn off the car

So as the title described, every time i turn off my engine after driving i hear a rattling noise, is almost like dropping large particles of sand on metal. This comes from under the car (at least from my judgement)

So sorry to ask this, since I just got my camaro 2 days ago, but is this normal? I browsed through several threads, and some said it was the metal cooling off, but these threads werent exactly my case, the noises were different.

If its a manual, make sure you keep the clutch engaged until the engine is definitely off.

No problem, I didn't want to suggest you didn't know how to drive a manual, but I had the same issue with mine for the first week and I've been driving manuals for a long long time. Just a funny clutch. Hope it helps keep us posted!

Hello gptt916,

Sorry you're experiencing issue. Have you considered taking your vehicle into a dealership for diagnosis of this issue? I would like to get involved here to assist you where possible. Could you begin by providing me with your VIN, and current vehicle mileage?

Hey guys I am so sorry for the late reply, I have been away for the past week.

So I came back to town yesterday and gave my dealer a call, he almost sounded like he was expecting me to ask this question.

The noise was just the metal cooling down, as I have found in some similar thread (with some variations, so i wanted to make sure).

Anyways, glad that was out of the way, and I really appreciate all your help!
