Stay tuned to this thread people. The date should be locked on tomorrow at the very earliest. I'm trying to get Chris to stumble across some of those Camaro rally hats that were given away on the 28th for the IMS detail. Sounds like Hare is going to go all out for us and this should be a blast! Hope everyone can make it and I'm tasting wings already. The 14th was my first ever, Hooter's experience and I was pleasantly surprised!

Lets make this happen and OldSchoolCamaro, I do appreciate your help in this.

June 26th or July 10th are good for me. I am hoping there will be another Chevy event on July 24th at IMS preceding the Brickyard 400. Is the pace car going to be a Camaro? Hope so!

come on guys spread the word we need to show some cars here if they are going all out we need to get some numbers up. I went to a meet and greet in Illinois and they had 45 cars show up. We should be able to beat or match that.

Thanks for pointing out this thread for me chozn4service. For me July 10th or 24th is best. I am out of town June 26th and July 3rd and tuning three cars July 17th.

Since it seems like July 10th is the best for most right now, we should be good to go. Maybe we could check and see if they will let me set up a small display tent. If not no big deal.

Just got a definite confirmation with the lady you see in the Hare commercials, Courtney Cox-Cole and it's a go for the 10th of July and she said she's looking forward to it. Courtney is also the president of the Central Indiana Chevy Dealers and organized the Opening Day at the track for all the Camaro's and also the Corvette/Camaro Rally the day before the race where we had the closed event with chevrolet which included the spread, vehicles to view, t-shirts and of course being address by this years pace car driver, ABC Good Morning America Robin Robert's. It was a blast event. This will be a great event for us at Hare and like I said, potential contact and networking for future events.

Hey Joe, thanks for the PM on this and the invite. Sounds like it's gonna be another fun meet. Unfortunately though we won't be able to make it. Gonna be in Illinois, Thurs-Sat, for some dirt track racing. The only way would be if it rains out Saturdays racing and we get back in time.

OK man, sorry to hear you won't be able to be there.

event! Hare is pulling out all the stops on this one. There has been some mention of them getting some Camaro5 hats made up for this event. This dealership is one of the best around and it shows with their asking us to come and what they're trying to put together. I hope we can have a decent turn out for this. Right now we're at 6 can counting. Hope everyone who is interested and will be there, will hit the numbers on the Poll Question so I can eventually tell them the numbers they can expect. Hate to see someone A$$ Out
