I know EXACTLY what it means to have a black Camaro (My '93 Z28 was black, as was my '95 Impala SS)....which is why my Camaro is Inferno Orange

The op has issues with the god hates me comment. This is only a car. It could be worse. Something can hapeen to your family... or are material objects more important than human lives???
Anyway, it seems like the clearcoat on these cars seem to grab on to dirt, insects and other garbage really easily. I just rented a blue on gray 2ss. Its sitting in the driveway. It was clean when I drove it out of hertz. I come home... now I'm rubbing off insect particles from the grille. And its not easy to remove. The cheap plastic grille makes it harder than if it were an aluminum grille.

I would invest in billet aluminum if I owned one to clean off the grille easier.
I think the more time consuming and annoying carnuba based wax might actually help in wiping off debris a lot easier vs the newer nanowax products. The shine on carnuba takes a lot more effort to produce and its a very time consuming process but, I think on the camaro, it will help to keep the car from getting bees wax and other annoying substances from sticking to the clearcoat. My advice is go with old school wax.

Agreed. With the exception of window cleaner, (which u can't use on tints) most armorall products are crappy... I'm really feeling turtle wax ice products (especially the car wash soap). Meguirs is good but other brands are surpassing them. There scratch 2.0 and quik detailer are great products. Mothers wax, is really good too.
Armorall and eagle one have been the worst of the wax products that I have used.

U can blame that on the governments that choose to defy gods law and choose the dollar over morality. What have we done as a people to prevent 24,000 children a day from getting killed? Buy camaros and argue about which car is better? Please! But this is a car forum not a social studies/religion forum. The op should really have chosen a different title. Let's stick with the grime issue.

While I'm sure the op was simply using the phrase tongue-in-cheek ...

It's funny how some people love blaming God every time something bad happens, but when something good happens they like to take all the credit for themselves.

Silly, arrogant little humans.

I agree.

God has about as much to do with intentionally killing bees as He does with Americans having intentionally killed 50,000,000 of their children since 1973.

Yeah, it's God's fault. Let's blame Him ...
