I don't own a Pace Car version, but I will be out with my 1SS as I live about 20 minutes from the track. I have friends who live about a half mile from turn 4.....so I'll be spending a lot of time in the area between May 20-30th...

Hope to see lots of you out and about....and be sure that I will take pictures if I have the time!!!

4 x Hot Wheels arrived as well as my patch from last years race! I've been working on my larger model and I'm about done painting it. Once I get it done, I'll post some pictures so you all can tell me how horrible it looks!

I'm off to make a video for the new 2011 Vert along with the Pace at the dealership. Hope everyone has a great day!

Just spotted this 2010 Camaro Indy Pace Car poster available as a "buy now" auction on Ebay. It states that the seller has more than 10 available. Price is $9.95. The attached picture is the poster.

Actually, Jason posted that the last reunion was in 2006. So it appears that this doesn't occurr but every five years or so.?. Also, there is only one Centinneal reunion that will occurr. FYI, This is not an event that is done every 5 years by the Speedway. The Reunion in 2006 was in recognition of the 90th Running of the Indianapolis 500. I was also there with my '95 Corvette Pace Car. This year was a challenge to decide to take my '07 Corvette Track car, or my '10 Camaro Festival car. The Camaro won out this time since I was just there in Sept with my '07 Corvette for the Corvette Pace Car Registry Reunion.

If the Speedway replicates what they did in 2006, it's going to be a great time. Here are some photos I took from the '06 event....

Great photos of some great cars! Some I'd never seen before. I think I saw a picture of your Vette in front of the old Speedway Hotel, unfortunately they knocked it down a couple of years ago.

Check w/ your inventory Mangager... The one I'm following has deliver to John Fitspatrick on it so we are thinking it will be a Festival Car before it gets delivered to the dealership... just guessing tho...

I talked to my dealer last week.. mine was built 3/22/11 and shipped 3/25/11.. so should be here a lot earlier than I expected. He gave me the order number and VIN #. Now if I could only get that window sticker link to work.

Thanks, yeah that's what I would conclude from JF being the delivery person. Good news though, I just received my Order # today...

The Festival Cars have General Motors LLC in the Dealer to whom delivered area of the window sticker. Mine had it last year and I have seen pictures of this years festival cars and the window stickers. They show General Motors as well.

I am wondering if maybe not all of the Dealer cars have John's name on them if he is responsible for distributing them to each of the dealers that have one allocated to them. I am still waiting to hear on mine. I do not have an order number or VIN, and it seems difficult to get any proper info on the 2011 Pace Cars.
