No. it has drain holes else where but there was one drop of water on the hole above the air box. Dunno if I should be worried.

Well Daisy is headed back to KW. Small stuff but it still sucks. Looks like they got a little extra clear coat on the door so they needs to be buffed out. And the hood decided yesterday that it didn't want to sit flush anymore. Should be quick fixes though.

On a positive note, I let Skip run Daisy down the track. He had a ton of fun and is now hooked. Now he is suddenly super supportive of me getting a tune and headers. Go figure. His best time of the night was 14.71. Here are some pics and vids.

Hahaha. I was having a minor heartattack for about an hour. I truely trust Skip but I HONESTLY don't trust my -13.75 eyes. He is now determined to beat Kelly. He's hooked. So thank you Mike for that. lol.

13.75 eyes? When are you going to give it a try?

-13.75. Most people with nearsided vision are like -2.00. So -13 is BAD. The only person my doctor has seen with worse vision had holes in his cornea. Maybe on a VERY sunny day when I've talked myself up. Def not C5F though. Dont wanna break down 3 states away from home.

I understand both situations. I am also near sighted but do not know the number. I can't see a thing without my glasses. The few times I have hit the track I had to allow plenty of time to get my helmet on to insure I could get my glasses adjusted. Sounds wierd but the helmet is a tight fit.

I ran my 69 Camaro in Gulfport, Mississipi last month. I was 650 miles from home so a mechanical problem could have led to a costly tow bill. I had to get a flatbed to tow the car home from Tampa a few years ago when I was still working out the bugs from a major rebuild. One hundred miles at $3/mile hurts. Thankfully the 69 runs like a clock now and other than poor traction ran great at the track.

At least Skip can let Daisy stretch her legs every now and again.

Well I can't drive at night because i have no depth perception and can't tell how far away I am from other cars or the edge of the road. So Skip drives at night. I'm hoping to get lasic in a few years. Then i'll be set for life! Well I'll still need night driving glasses they said.

OMG. That is a long hike to pay for. Thats why I'll just be sitting around watching at C5F2.

I think Skip is more than happy to help me in that aspect. He can't wait for the next time.
