Not sure how it hooks up on maggie car and i am wondering if tuning is required still researching.

the meth kit? I have one hooked up to my maggie; you can use the washer fluid tank as you meth tank (you get notified on the DIC when you're running low) and have it spraying right after the MAF on the CAI tube. The controller is mounted in the glove box.

To answer your other question jsharp, yes you should get it tuned. It depends on how you decide to use it. Personally I use it as a power adder to pick up horsepower. There are many on here that use it as a "safety net" (keeps the engine cooler). When it gets tuned, they are able to choose when it starts spraying and when it shuts off. I have it set to start spraying @ 2.5psi and full spray by 4psi. So its always on when im using boost.
