Oh my god, plaid, really? This is why NASCAR drivers are always shown in their driver suits and not the clothes they really wear. And how annoyed does he look to be signing those autographs. I'm sure that wasn't the case, but the photo makes him look really irritated. Then again, back when I used to be a bat boy for a baseball team, little kids used to ask me to sign baseballs all the time, and it does get old quick.

I think is about time they offer the factory rally stripes in gloss black...

On Jr.
since when have any of the greats offspring met or exceeded the parents abilities? why doesn't anyone dump on the Andrettis, Pettys, Unsers (a little different, but still), Rahals, what about Bill Elliots kid? etc. ? Look at other sports as well, Jordan (his kid was not even a starter at Illinois). I just can't think of too many other pro athletes. When you live in that shadow it is difficult to have the same drive, and commitment. The greats were good drivers or good athletes, that sacrificed nearly everything to be great or the greatest. |
