You get any cash back or swag to make up for your car being damage prior to delivery? If not make sure it's fixed and file a complaint with GM.

GM sucks @ ensuring the cars are ready for pick up. I've seen a bunch (1LE and otherwise) lately with things wrong @ delivery and ready for pickup. HOW do they miss these things? Such BS

bit of an update. the sales guy i had been dealing with texted me this morning saying they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle. This is after i submitted my initial customer survey and have a written purchase agreement on the second vehicle.

i've been in contact with GM corporate customer service now several times. Apparently i'm not the first to make a complaint about this type of treatment at Don Hewlett in Georgetown Tx. They're working now to find me another dealer to honor my written agreement and ship the car to them. It's currently just TPW of 12/31, but i don't want to go back into the order queue again. What is really bad for them is I work for the company that refers them customers based on a car buying service. They are going to lose a lot more than just one customer on this deal.
