I have more than sufficient information on him to do that exact thing but I am refraining from doing this just yet. At the very minimum he has conducted business very poorly. I am afraid, however, that this may in fact be a scam.

That sucks. I've been there before, when Paypal first started getting big I got scammed three different times. Two of those I didn't get my money back since I used the 'gift' option because they were 'trusted' sellers. Last time I fell for that.

I always go with Paypal and there claims now. It works I had a dispute and paypal gives them 10 days to give back the funds or produce the product.

That's why whenever I buy anything online through Paypal I make sure I have that 30 day claim window and mark that date just encase the seller disappears.

Hopefully you get your item or money back soon. Let us know how it goes

You know that the guy sees the message notifications in his inbox and has more than likely read them already. If I didnt hear anything back by tomorrow I would definitely be notifying paypal. I bought a set of longtube headers from a member here a while back and we stayed in correspondence with each other from the time the deal was finalized until I received the package. He was a great guy to deal with, I dont know why people have to be shadey

Its really dissapointing because i really wanted the item. I would much prefer to just get it rather than get my money back.

I would call him out. If he ripped you off, he will more then likely rip everyone else off...

If he does not respond with a tracking number by tomorrow afternoon, I am going to file a dispute and out him on here.

I do not buy from new members for this same problem.
I avoid it as best I can.

When I posted the guys name ( the guy that tried to rip me off- not on here), I found out there were others as well- most got nothing!

Yeah he is and he has positive reviews which makes his conduct towards me very confusing. He is selling other items which means he is hoping to receive messages from people wanting to buy those items so there is no way he hasnt read my messages.

Best case scenario is that he shipped out the item and never told me but it would make no sense to not respond to my messages if he had already shipped the item.

that is weird. There is the possibility that he sent it and could of got irritated with the messages but if that's the case he is stupid for conducting business like that.
I hope it works out man.
If it doesn't turn up in the next week, let him know you are opening a case against him thru PayPal. You will get your money back if he doesn't fight it.

Also expose him so others know not to buy from him.
