LS, V6 fog light question
I have a 2013 LS which has no fog lights. I was wondering how much installation would cost or if there are alternatives to fill in the plastic pieces.

I bought a harness and taped into my side marker lights for less then $20. It think it was like $13 or something. I'll try to find a link.

Yes they can but you should do it yourself. If you aren't experienced doing your own electrical mods this is a perfect project. AAC sells an oracle kit that is a bit pricey but its an easy install. Though, you may want to hold off on this unless you want to buy HID's to match.
