Dealer allocations for the 2013 MY have NOT been determined just yet, and I don't think it will happen until mid-May.

My dealer verified this ^^^^ today.

My order has been entered into the system today and I have an order number now, but allocations are distributed May10th and then have to be applied to previously entered orders.....OR whatever the dealer wants to do with those allocation(s).

Ethically those existing entered orders should get preference on the allocation(s) that dealer gets....but stranger things have happened to some on MY12s as money talks

Mine will be at MSRP, they refuse to sell ANY car above MSRP even if the demand is there.

We'll have to wait and see just what discounts such as Supplier Discount, GMcard points, etc, will be applicable .

I think that those who are, and have been, on the top of the waiting list should get preferences of the dealer allocations.

Whether one has actually placed an order at this time is really immaterial, since a placed order can't advance until the dealers have received their allocations anyway. For example, a dealer that never gets an allocation can currently place an order, even though it will never advance.

When the placing of an order becomes truly relevant is when the dealer's allocation becomes scheduled to be picked up by GM.

DSM told us this morning not to expect my rolled over 2013 before winter............I guess that shows how much priority we former 2012 wannabees are going to get..........jack squat

that doesnt seem right..that it would take till winter to get the thing as long as the dealer has an allocation right away you should see it mid to late summer

2013 is for me as well. But I am playing the waiting game with Socal dealers to see if/when they'll stop the ADM. Visited two dealers recently, $10k ADM on the 2012 ZL1s, they sold them.
