opening up ecs restrictor and adding meth
What kind of hp gains could i expect from going up maybe 1-2 psi and adding a methanol kit.

depending on the engine, 15-25hp per lb of boost and are you tuning for meth or just using it as a safety feature? Take the hp guess with a grain of salt, I've never been able to find a formula for what you are asking. Regardless, based on your sig, you should make over 600rwhp if on the same dyno under similar conditions.

You would be well into the 700's without the restrictor plate and adding meth.

Im just wondering how much i should open up the plate, how much boost i should throw at a stock motor and how much hp a zl1 pump, id850s and adm fpcm will support.

Aside from the fuel pump and cam, I'm running full boost with no plate and stock bottom end. Depending on the type of dyno, you can support anywhere from where you're at now to the 700's. Just make sure you get a hold of Matt @ FSP or ECS to find out how much bigger you need to make the diameter in the restrictor plate to obtain more boost.

Hasbin of Stock Bottom HP

I threw in a ZL1 Pump and a FPCM with a BAP in the meantime at 750whp with meth. I feel that isn't truly adaquate but its working for now. When Andy finishes the squash returnless I'm putting that in and removing the restrictor.

Matt said 1/16" equals about 1-1.5 psi
