I think this is also probably the best choice. At that point, if you hate the new design...then just get yourself a 2015 5th gen for a good price.

From my understanding the V8 will get 20% more waves then a V6.

I have a home in Summerlin. Right next to the Red Rock Golf course. And you?

Lol, I got the wife and kid problem too. My wife is pretty cool about it though. We should defiantly go for a spin.

Just gonna toss a new idea in the pot, how sweet would it be to play with your v6 until the 6th gen comes out, and in the mean time until then, dump a percentage of your income into an account for a healthy down payment of an SS, and in the end be able to swing both of them? V6 as your daily driver, and your SS for your track/drag car. Just imagine how awesome that would be! That's what I'm hoping for when I graduate Rose-Hulman! Just some food for thought!

SS in one year, if you know you will want an SS within a year or two then it would make zero sense to buy a V6 now just to trade for an SS and considering you will take a $5k plus loss on the V6 if you trade it in after only 1 year.

Where does everyone get that 5K loss from? Again I traded my 1LS in after 1 year and did not take anywhere near 5K. As I mentioned on the past page I was ~1K upside down with a $500 down payment on my SS.

That is a definite possibility. I'd say 90%. Thanks.

Life's short, ball out. Their is a deal out their for you. I traded in a 2013 premium 5.0 for my 45th 2ss, I had to look FAR AND WIDE but made up a majority of my negative equity getting my camaro 7 grand under blue book (1800 mile 2012 2ss 45th for 32,500)

It's for sure going to be the SS. Either next year hopefully, if business keeps up or when the new model comes out. No sense in getting an SS and then a year later they change the body style.
