Camaro Collection Mag

I purchased a 2012 2LT RS Convertible leftover in June. Today a got a 2013 Camaro Collection magazine in the mail. Looking through it the prices seemed a bit high to me. I visited their web site and found a lot more of the same. Are these prices a little high or is that just the cost of dressing up your Camaro?

(I don't really want to post a link for fear of being accused as a spammer and I figured since I received this magazine in the mail unsolicited I am Ass-uming many on this site are familiar what magazine/web site I am talking about.)

Pretty sure it's high prices since the merchandise is licensed by GM

Yep. Licensing costs money. "Camaro Tax" is similar to the "Corvette Tax".

The simple fact is the majority of camaros are sold to people who don't want to go on the internet or follow forums. So they have no idea what the competition charges. I'm sure GM does well with this catalog. I got it yesterday and it's pretty complete. Imagine a person fairly well off seeing some of this stuff the first time - I can see him/her dropping a grand or so in this book....

Glen, I agree!! If money/price was of no concern I could spend a lot in that catalog!
