what should i do!!
Well, my dealer called today, informing me that a car just like one i wanted (2LT/RS RJT) was about 120 miles away and he could have it here tomorrow. Now, i already have one ordered from him, exactly like it, but i just ordered it last week. So i'm thinking i'll be waiting a bit. I have the money now, but am a little nervous about getting the car as it already has 40 miles on it cos its been test driven a couple of times. By the time it gets here it'll have close to 200 miles! So should i just not worry about the 200 miles and get it or wait for the one i ordered?I'm just worried it might not have been driven right on those test drives and who knows how they'll drive it here!

I wouldn't be afraid of a car because it's been test driven. There's no way for some whacko to get into a car that isn't his and mess around in it, since the salesman will be right next to him. As for the additional milage, they will probably put it on a trailer so it won't have any extra miles. The only thing I'd worry about is if the salesman can actually deliver. My salesman, who was a great guy, promised me a car just like the one I wanted, but it was 300 miles away in Pennsylvania. It got sold right under us in less than a week. Either way it's a gamble, man.

Hmm i'm thinking they are gonna drive it since its only bout 120 miles away and he can deliver i'm pretty sure because he left to go get it a little while ago, says it'll be here tomorrow, and if i decide to just order, then he can just sell it (i'm pretty sure he's just trading a white 2LT on his lot for this one.)

If it were me, I'd stick to my order. I'm not very good with mixing up and changing plans. I'd hate to be in your situation - I sit down and make an order with the dealer and then he calls me up later with a new 'idea'? The less hassle the better. I would have perferred he didn't call me up about it at all.

Good heavens, 200 miles is nothing. As long as the car is in "New" shape, I wouldn't worry about it.
I guess a lot of folks, think these babies weren't meant to be driven judging by the ongoing predeliction to go on and on about a few miles on the car. If you can't stand the thought of "oh so many miles" on the car, wait until you get the one you ordered, bubble wrap it, trailer it home, and push it into your garage. It's your call.

This was the first car I ever ordered so for me the whole process was every exciting and yes the four months, three weeks and two days was a killer wait. However thanks to Camaro5 and reading all the forums and meeting a group in my area really helped during that time. I got to know some really cool people along the way and really enjoyed meeting scott Settlemeier who signed my car along with Cheryl. The best part was my special signed litho from Super60 and all the Oshawa plant employees. Its something I will treasure for a life time. I love my car and have never had any issues with it so far and since I picked her up on 10-29-09 I have 12,568 miles as of today..
Good luck no matter what you choose, I would probably stick to your order and wait lol.. Tough call either way ...

I would wait. You really don't know what the car is about... could be a demo, could have some minor cosmetic issues (though they're supposed to check that before selling it to you). The new car you're getting is going to have almost no mileage and really only driven by you. That's a lot better if you ask me.

First off, what year is the car they say they have for you. A 2010 or a 2011, if it is a 2010 i would say wait, if it is a 2011, I would say take it. The 2011 will have HUD, the 2010 will not.
