Well, by Jan if not Dec. the Sales numbers should be almost 100% 2014. Sales will tell to story in Jan. on how well received the 2014s are.

Hope the 6th is MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER and Nothing Happens to my 2011. Otherwise, I'm Not seeing any New to replace it that I can afford.

Back in the 90s, this is about what the eurolamps looked like on C-series pickup trucks.

Both are going to require you to do some custom fab work to either your rear fenders (b/c the 2014s wrap around the sides while the earlier ones do not), or two the bumper itself to retrofit the C7 tails....are you sure you want to try this?
The rear fenders are the same for 2010-2014 from what I saw so to swap to the 2014 tail lights is mainly a bumper cover swap.

The C7 tail light swap would require modifying the rear bumper cover. I've been fabricating cars, trucks & motor cycles for about 40 years & always enjoy a challenge.

Here's our 2012

Here's a 2014

Ahh...I see you are correct. Now that you've shown the images that reminds me I've looked at this before and I should have known. As for the C7 tail lights...I say go for it and have fun!

There are C7 tail lights on Ebay already, $400 for a pair. I am planning on doing this mod. From the look of the C7 lights I don't think this should be that hard to do.

I actually like the look of the '14 tail lights, but the C7 lights would like good if it could be modded right..

I prefer the 14' tail lights over the C7 tails and prefer the 10--13 over the whole bunch of them !

Would not part with my013

Also I say just paint the "black plastic" on the C7's either the body color, or black paint, and it will look 1,000,000 times better.
