Besides cost, thats about it. I just find it unfair to put a dual chip card vs a single chip card.

I got the 670s back when they were first released. Galaxy ref. cooler design. 2GB.

to answer your question, the performance is close. Really I think go with the best deal you can get.

I have the scores for SLI and Crossfire with my 3770k @4.5Ghz
but this is my score for my 2600k stock, and 670 stock and 7970 stock

@mikey... If you go with the 670, go with the 4gb. I had the 3gb version of the 670, and the 4gb the extra 1gb made a HUGE difference in frame rates on my machine (10%). I'm running SLI'd 670 4gb cards and love it.

Okay I've decided to build a PC, but I need some advice on what to choose.

Should I go with an Ivy Bridge-E i7 or the new Haswell i7? And secondly, I'm not sure what GPU to go with; I'm trying to decide on the 290X, the Titan (depending on a price cut), the 780, or the 780 TI (announced today). Any advice?
