This morning on my way to work a large tire fell off a truck on Paseo Del Norte colliding into my car and damaged the front end of my car. I'm taking it to a place for an estimate on damages.

Woah! You ok?? Take that company to the cleaners sir. That is unacceptable for things to fall off travelling cars and trucks. Stuff like that kills people.

Sorry, hit's a nerve for me since I've seen FOD destroy such expensive airplanes and people.

Well I wasn't close enough to get any info on the truck and it was pretty dark early in the morning during my drive to work. The front end and driver's-side quarter panel will be replaced. Damage is hardly noticeble unless you look down low from the front and driver's side. Need to finish cleaning up the tire marks. Repairs won't start until Nov. 8th.
