Spotted in Michigan!

Glimpsed another ABM RS on the corner of 8-mile & Haggerty in Northville just a couple days ago. I've never seen an ABM in that area before. Also saw an IOM LT w/ Black Stripes, a 45th Anniversary 'vert & a blacked out SS in the same area. Finally, followed a ZL1 down 96 until he exited at Wixom Rd. All in the same day...yeah, I gotta say it was a good day!

I see a black LS every Saturday am down 696 East bound, might work at the tech center?
Followed a white ZL1 the other day, seemed to be going to the proving grounds.

North bound Telegraph at 12 mile........ IOM ZL1!! Roads were slick this morning and he wasn't slowing down!! I didn't see the large trash can mufflers like my SS, and could actually hear his car at idle, does ZL1 use a different muffler setup or maybe he had aftermarket already. His tires has a criss crossing tread pattern, maybe winter tires?

I parked next to a red ZL1 this morning. It didn't have M plates but it did have a "Captured Test Fleet" sticker in the window- so it is a GM vehicle. It was running winter tires too. I'm guessing that is a requirement for the corporate test fleet vehicles to run winter tires. I run winter tires and I didn't even realize the roads were icy until I people at work started asking me how my drive in was.

The ZL1 does use a different muffler system. It has a bypass type system similar to the Corvette exhaust.

No...winter storage until the salt is completely washed away. Although this mild winter has been pushing the limits of my perseverance to wait it out. Although I see you zooming by me on 96 often...

If you see this license plate - make sure you wave and/or say Hi! I was so happy to get this plate - my dad tried getting it two years ago and SOS rejected the plate. This time, though, SOS approved it! Now I just need to get a new license plate frame.

I don't like to post other peoples plates, so I blocked it out. As for the frame I noticed Brian has a LFX so I changed the wording just for him. Thanks for posting yours thou so we can see what the REAL version looked like too.

Brian, I had the same frame as you, but changed it to this before I got my custom frame. If you want it it's yours.

Thanks guys! the Merollis Chevrolet frame is on there because that's where my wife works - felt guilty as hell buying the car through her dealership and not Becky's LOL!

I have a custom plate frame picked out already - "Michigan FBody" across the top and then "MiFBody.com" on the bottom
