Also, will I be able to retain seat warmers with this system?

I also have aftermarket speakers, subs, and amps (All JL Audio) and want to make sure it will play nice with this setup. Right now my radio is the stock from 2010 2LT

Yes it does retain the seat warmers! It will work great with any brand speakers. The IMPRINT sound processor will make your speakers sound awesome!
