test drove both, satisfied w/ the 300+hp V6. Besides after warranty, anything goes(TT, etc.)
..but go w/ what works best for you.

you can add any mod for SC, except intake, you'll lose that.

I've always felt you should get what you want...dont settle or you'll constantly think about it and regret it in the long run. A good friend of mine owns a beautiful 2LTRS and is very happy with it. Being kind of an old school hot rod guy myself I knew from day one I wanted an SS no matter how nice the 2LTRS was....so I went and got it. AND I SLEEP VERY COMFORTABLY AT NIGHT CUZ I GOT WHAT I WANTED. However there is that constant nagging voice in my head that all of us Camaro owners have about wanting to constantly add or mod something....LOL...UGH...it never ends!!! Good Luck!!!

Do it! I did and have no regrets. I got a deal that I would have been stupid to walk away from though. Just find the ss you want and go for it

I'd love to sit here and lecture about how you should have just bought the one you wanted in the first place if you could have afforded it...

but considering I took a hit after 6 months of owning a Honda CR-Z hybrid and trading it on my SS I'd sound pretty hypocritical if I took that approach. If you can live with the loss and new, more expensive vehicle I say go for it if that is what you want. You are the only one who can reasonably make the decision. Good luck

If you have any thoughts about buying a SS, Don't even start modding your V6 cause its just like throwing money out the window unless you wanna keep the car for good.
I just upgraded last week and with the money I spent on mods and such, I could've just bought a SS.
Good luck

As a former 2LT owner I fantasized about the SS...two years later I traded it...now that I have an SS...I've started thinking about the ZL1...see how this works?

We mere humans always want something better, different, etc. or so we think. It never stops...Be happy with what you have

This is one reason why I drive a V6

I say just get an SS if you think you'll be happier. If you won't be happier due to worrying about car payment, gas prices, mileage, whatever....keep your LS.

I dont drive the SS any different then my 2LTRS. years of driving in socal traffic conditions you. You have to be able to afford the car, not just buy it.Around town mpg is only 2 mpg less on the SS, but 91 is 4:30/gal here now. Fortunately I only drive 16 miles a day.
