Any body have any work done in S'toon? If so, where and how was your experience and what did you put on?????? thanks for your responses

I put American Racing headers on and had Competition Muffler hook Borla S-Type mufflers up for me because there was a gap between the end of the American Racing exhaust and the mufflers and I didn't have time to do it on my own so I just dropped it off with them. They were "ok"....could have been better centering the tips....but they have since settled a bit and are more off center now. Sometime over the next couple months I might just get my old exhaust out, cut the sections out that I need and do it over myself....it's just clamps and bolts so it's easy enough to hook up.
The Longtubes and Borla's are awesome sounding(to me anyways), deep rumble, noticeable increase in top end power, with only a tiny bit of drone if you're cruising in the 90-100 range but it's tolerable for me anyways.

I know DJSnowflake also has Borla exhaust, but that's all i know about his.

I got a Borla Touring, done at Competition Muffler as well. They did a kick ass job for me, made sure everything was perfect. But I was taking pictures and saying that I was gonna put them on the internet, so maybe they felt a bit of pressure. Only charged me about 100 bucks for the install too!

P.S.: If you are drving it in this snow, salt and gravel, you are nuts

I was thinking if the weather is perfect about driving to the next Camaro Club meeting.....of course doing a preliminary run in the pontiac to check road conditions.....but I live on almost the opposite side of the city and I just know that once I got out there I'd have to go for a longer drive.

Oh God. I am hoping the street sweepers come out early so I can maybe be on the road before May 1st. You guys are WAY more hardcore than me. I saw a guy with an Orange SS with a black body kit and stripes driving around Tiger Automotive on Tuesday.

Makes me cringe, thinking about salt on my car. Oh and driving in snow with SUMMER ONLY tires.

There is a white stock SS driving around town where I live, still on factory summer wheels and tires. crazy people.
