now if only we can get this for the owners refusing to wave

I don't mind the front of the lugnuts, but the backside of them is totally hideous. What's with that giant recess in the back for the wheel stud? Looks totally out of place...reminds me of a Honda lugnut. They should have used the lugnuts from the C7 vette, even though I complained I didn't like those either just a few months ago. Man I hope they aren't all chrome, do you have to get chrome? I hate chrome, I prefer the cheaper lugnuts that don't have any chrome. Chrome sucks. Everything new or different sucks. Actually anything besides what I already have sucks. I bet the resale of our old lugnuts just went through the roof. I like my lugnuts better, glad I got mine when I did.

I'm upside down on my car an had zero intentions of buying a 2014 or a Z28 or a ZL1. But now that I've seen the lugnuts, I will now pretend that I was in the market for a '14 and will not pass up a chance to let everyone know how GM just lost a sale. I will also hate everything about future refreshes because it will only remind me that I no longer have the latest and greatest.

Those lug nuts... talk about a worn out design! Six. Freakin'. Sides. Same as last year, and the year before. I heard that in Europe, they make 'em with five sides now, seven for the Italian models. Plus, those half-ass Camaro nuts have threads inside 'em! Haven't we seen that before... like, forever?

I petitioned GM to think outside the box, and to have the wheels riveted on. Do they listen to the consumer? NoooOOOOoooo! Totally blew me off, like I was some kind of a .... nut.

Maybe, if we all work together... say it with me...

Ri-Vets! Ri-Vets! RI-VETSSSS!!!!!!!

All and all like the man himself said in earlier threads, that people would come around on the 2014 design, and I think he's right for the most part. You will never please everyone no matter what design you come up with.

After seeing the 1LE in the other thread, I love the looks of that better than the earlier 1LEs all though they are bad ass too.
