I'm thinking the price of the new Z-28 will hurt my ability to afford food!

I saw pricing on the Shelby GT350, it looked like it would be over $60,000. You have to live in these high performance cars to afford one.

Yeaahh, i wouldnt count my chickens before they hatch, remember this is just magazine speculation they dont actually have any official word from GM on this. Also remember the whole "C7 Vette is confirmed mid-engine!" headline that was shot down live at a Chevy convention by a GM rep haha, until any info comes from GM about it im not holdin my breath

Thanks Scott "FbodFather" At least we know it won't be debuted there. I was getting overly excited because I can't wait to see the awesome Z/28 be released!

vehicles often have a debut with less then a year before it hits the market.

This is great news though. I can't wait to see what the Z28 will bring to the table.
Always been a rumor.

Detroit is only 14 hrs away. I have never been to the DAS because I used to live in SoCal. Can't think of a better reason to go than to see them unveil the new Z28.

I finally watched this video. I don't like this guy. He's trying to hard to be smart and witty. I'm not surprised the Z28 won't be at the show in Jan. If it's taken them this long to pump out the vert I doubt they would pop out the Z28 so quickly.

I had the same car in black with red stripes. I loved the functional hood scoop. It would open up and suck in plenty of air everytime the 4-barrel kicked in. I was 26 and loving life at the time. I have my Gen5 on order.

jmaryt, I own a 2010 SS/RS with a M6. I must own a Z-28 with a M6. I am addicted to the higher performance Camaro. The waiting is killing me. The thought of trading my SS/RS and then paying $28000 to $33000 for my dream car makes me think I will have to live in it!

Thanks Scott! I was going to ask where this reporter got his source that the car would be revealed at that show. Things like that are not taken lightly with company trade secrets and such.
