also, thats about 60 75 days out.... how is that not possible? Look at some of the people that ordered in OCT. Your almost at a advantage if you waited to order until right after they started production.

Anyone else order recently and get a more specific time frame??
That was a pretty straight answer!

If you still have 6 in front of you to be pulled, there is no way you will get your car that quick!

they are getting pulled 2 at a time per week since production according to them. 3 weeks after pull i would be looking at early to mid june.

Unless they get 6 more allocations like now, you're looking at more of a July delivery. It's about 6-8weeks from time of order placement to delivery. Order gets fully submitted on tuesdays. The third week from then is the typical TPW. But recent submitted orders have seen TPWs pushed back. Once the car is built, you're looking at another 2 weeks+ to see your dealer. So, cars being finalized today, will arrive mid may, early june. I don't know what the dealer's allocation is but I highly doubt he's getting 6 allocated this week or next week.

I'll have to try and find out what my dealers allocation is. It's a smaller dealership and not in the best of neighborhoods so I can't imagine too many people going there to order...but who know's maybe I'm wrong. Would there be a better chance of a smaller dealer with little or no preorders or allocations getting a build pulled by GM than a larger dealer?

It's pretty much a ratio problem. It's better to be 10 out of 20 than it is 4 out of 5.

My sales guy told me they had 13 customer allocations, and 6 dealer allocations (meant to be dealer floor/demo cars). He said they decided to sell 5 of the 6 dealer allocations and I got the 2nd one of those. Is this BS? I don't know. I do know that my order status is 1100 thanks to a great member of this forum tracking it for me; so i just sit back and relax and if it takes until October then it takes that long. I still will have one bad ass car when it gets here.

The longer it takes the closer I am to just paying full out cash for it too

see, my problem with the wait is that my 2008 silverado keeps going down in value as gas and mileage go up. but im with you, the longer the wait, the more money I i will have to out down.

It's all one bucket. Maybe the dealer decided to divide it up that way but GM doesn't dictate that a certain amount of their orders be lot cars or customer cars.

So, basically the dealer had 19 allocations and I'm number 15.
