Those suspension upgrades are amazing... I was looking at the horizon in relation to the camera view and there appears to be almost no body roll... Cool video... And I wish we could make a run up, and then back down Dantes peak with no traffic worries...

At 5.16 the yellow car is in the MIDDLE of the track.....it should have stayed on line and then you could have passed on the left. We were told at the afternoon session that was where we were to pass...on the left...although we were suppose to be waved through.

i feel your frustration BUT.... lots of people out there for the first time so....

My mistake

I went to pass her on the right not the left as the video shows. The bottom line she was slowing down Pumpkin.

Very much so. No one likes to get passed, but if you don't allow others to pass, you should be pulled from the track and red flagged. That's what they do here in SA. You don't pay money to get STUCK behind somoene...and the instructors and people who run the show know this. They should have been better about explaining it to the drivers and then followed through with it.

You could have fixed that by putting emergency lights/siren on THR2. Flip them on and have them move over - then pass !!

No argument from me on that topic. On the other side of the coin for those of us that participated in both sessions, we were light years ahead of the people in the afternoon session only. That's why I just walked away from her, I was there to have fun not to argue and fun we had.

Weather is looking good for the Mopac Street Legals this Friday night. DA is killer right now, the computer today read 300' at the shop in Mission. Time to put the Bogarts on and go out and rip one off with Pumpkin.

Got my Bogarts out of the trailer last night. Weather is suppose to be good Friday. Pumpkin is going to the hoist tomorrow for a look see after the road trip and a test fit of the Bogarts for Friday Night Street Legals.

Thank's Decided to shorten it a bit. I was just a lurker for the first couple of years before I became active on the forum. Never gave my screen name much thought and used a email handle. I think Mercurman is better. Thanks to Tran for the name change.

The mountian shot was near Yosemiti and the other shot was on the 299 between Redding and Ureka. Beautiful country.
